Postage Costs
Anywhere within Australia is $11.00. Extra freight may be charged for heavier items and is stated on the particular products.
Our freight charge for international orders is $27.00. Extra freight may be charged for heavier items and is stated on the particular products.
You will be notified by us via email prior to shipping if the delivery cost exceeds $27.00 and the product/s will be sent once approval has been given by the customer.
Delivery
Depending on stock availability, all orders leave our Store within 48 hours of payment processing. We do ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, but in most cases orders are delivered anywhere in the world within 2-7 working days.
All orders are sent Australia Post E-Parcel (Depending On Size).
If there is problem with stock availability on certain product/s in your order, we will contact you to let you know, prior to the processing of your credit card.
Back Orders
If you have been notified that an item/s is on back order, they will be sent as soon as they become available again via Australia Post at no extra cost.

Return Policy
We are happy to exchange wherever possible; goods must not be worn or used and have all labels/packaging still intact.
When goods are returned customer is to pay the postage both ways.
Please include with your return item a note stating what you are exchanging for and a return postage paid parcel for your exchange to go back to you in.
